Nowadays, many economy developed countries have paid more attentionto the issue about the healthy quality of the native citizens while thestudy about Healthy Physical Fitness has became one of the most populartopic. China was extremely care about the healthy quality of theundergraduates and takes plenty of beneficial measures to improve thelevel since the reform and opening up. With the rapid development of modernsociety and the change of our life style. people began to get tired ofthe fast life style and began to draw dose the slow and leisurely one.Yogawhich was adapted itself to the style has being accepted b more and morepeople as one of the most fashionable and social way of bodybuilding. Thisproject checkouts the influence of all the index of the HPF uponundergraduates healthy quality by teaching yoga among theundergraduates’ of MDJ Normal university and provide more reference forthe better development of yoga and the improvement of the health fitness,The index including the body ingredient, cardiopulmonary function, bodyflexibility, myodynamia, muscular endurance and soon.The study developedmeans of documentary, experimental method, statistics, questionnaire andsoon. After15weeks’ teaching we draw a conclusion that:(1).Bodyingredient: All undergraduates, The percentage of fat has remarkabledecrease; The girls’ triceps and skin fold thickness on waist, the skinfold on front leg are also decrease but not remarkable decrease. The resultappears that doing yoga can improve the body ingredient but different inlocation.(2).All undergraduates: quiet heart rate and three-minute’sfootstep index has no remarkable change, but all undergraduates’ vital,capacity has remarkable improvement. So the result is doing yoga can improve the capacity but has little influence upon the heart rate.(3).Myodynamia and Muscular endurance: All undergraduates’ power ofgripping and abdominal boards have remarkable improvement before thetest,so doing yoga can efferlively improve the myodynamia and muscularendurance.(4).All undergraduate seat body ante flexion grade hasremarkable improvement so doing yoga can expand the improvement ofstudents’ body flexibility.
