| Research purpose:This article evaluates the health status of female college students through indicators related to healthy fitness and physical self-esteem,and uses 8-week Pilates exercises to detect the actual effects on female college students' health.Research methods:This study mainly used experimental methods to take 60 female college students as experimental subjects.The body composition and flexibility of healthy fitness,muscular endurance,cardiopulmonary fitness and physical self-esteem,physical condition,Tests on several aspects of physical attraction,athletic ability,and self-worth.30 people randomly selected from the gym were used as the experimental group,and 30 people randomly selected from the public physical education class were used as the control group.Pilates exercises,the control group and the experimental group only perform daily physical education activities to ensure daily physical activity,and are not required to participate in other physical exercises;statistical analysis of the experimental data,and T test of the results before and after the experiment.Research results:After 8 weeks of Pilates exercise exercises compared with the control group,the female physical fitness index and physical self-esteem index of the female students in the experimental group changed to varying degrees.In terms of body composition,body weight and waist-to-hip ratio produced significant differences(P<0.05),and BMI index and body fat rate produced very significant differences(P<0.01).In terms of muscular fitness,there was no significant difference in grip strength and standing long jump between the experimental group and the control group of female college students(P>0.05),and the number of sit-ups in 1 min was very significant(P<0.01).In terms of flexibility and fitness,there was a very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group of female college students in flexion in sitting position(P<0.01).In terms of cardiopulmonary fitness,the vital capacity of female students in the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05),and the 3min step test produced a very significant difference(P<0.01).In terms of physical self-esteem,female students in the experimental group and the control group had very significant differences in self-worth,exercise ability,and physical fitness(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in physical conditions and physical attractiveness(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Pilates exercise on the mat has reduced the weight,BMI index,body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio of female college students,which has a positive effect on the body composition of female college students.(2)Pilates exercises have an effect on improving muscle endurance and have less effect on muscle strength.(3)Pilates exercise improves lung capacity and improves the cardiovascular function of female college students.(4)Pilates exercises improve the flexibility of female college students.(5)Pilates exercises can significantly improve female college students' sense of self-worth,exercise ability,physical condition,physical attractiveness and physical fitness. |
