Research purpose: The completion of yoga asanas starts from the preparation posture,the body and limbs pass through a prescribed path at a constant speed,and after completing the standard posture for a certain period of time,the original path is restored and returned to the preparation posture.It includes dynamic flow postures and static fixed movements.It can be seen that physical stability is essential for the smooth completion of yoga asanas.In order to train more outstanding yoga athletes and practitioners,the core is to improve the physical stability of yoga students.The training method of Pilates big equipment.By comparing and analyzing the changes of the four indexes related to the static and dynamic stability of yoga students before and after the experiment,further explore the influence of Pilates equipment training on the physical stability of yoga students,so that Pilates equipment training in the future will improve the body.Applied research in stability provides theoretical reference.Research methods: This article uses five research methods,namely,literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,logical analysis method,and mathematical statistics method.Mainly using the experimental method,a total of 40 yoga students of the same level as the 2019 level of the Jilin Institute of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 20 people and a control group of 20 people.The experimental group received 12 weeks of Pilates training.The control group followed the regular course content of yoga and performed yoga tandem exercises at the same time as the experimental group.The test index data before and after the experiment are the best of the three times.After the experiment is completed,the best test data is compared and analyzed with SPSS23.0 T test,and the experimental results are compared with the conclusions of this research.Research results:(1)The basic physical characteristics of the experimental group and the control subjects tested before the experiment and the static and dynamic physical stability index P is greater than 0.05,there is no significant difference,indicating that the physical characteristics and stability of the two groups of subjects are basically the same.(2)In the experimental group,the subjects in the experimental group were compared before and after the experiment.The static stability of one-footed standing with closed eyes and the closed-eye strengthening romberg,both have a very significant difference with P less than 0.01,and the dynamic stability of closed eyes stepping in place P is less than 0.05 There is a significant difference.The Y balance test for each direction and comprehensive value of the upper and lower limbs are all P less than 0.01,which has a very significant difference.(3)The comparison between the control group and the test subjects before and after the experiment,static stability with closed eyes and one foot standing with closed eyes and enhanced romberg with closed eyes,both have a significant difference with P less than 0.05,dynamic stability with closed eyes,stepping in place and Y balance test The P of greater than 0.05 is not significant.(4)The comparison between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment showed that static stability with closed eyes,standing on one foot with closed eyes,closed eyes with enhanced romberg,and dynamic stability with closed eyes in situ are all P less than 0.05,there is a significant difference,Y The comprehensive value of the right upper limb and the comprehensive value of the left and right lower limbs of the balance test are less than 0.01,which has a very significant difference.The other directions and the comprehensive value are all P less than 0.05,and there is a significant difference.Research conclusion: Compared with conventional classroom training,Pilates training with large equipment has a significant effect on improving physical stability.Experiments have shown that yoga special courses can effectively improve the static stability of students,but it has no obvious effect on dynamic stability..The integration of Pilates equipment training has a higher degree of improvement in static stability of yoga students,and it also has a significant effect on dynamic stability.Incorporating this training into the classroom of yoga students will help yoga students perform more smoothly and steadily when completing asanas.It is recommended that Pilates equipment training be included in the courses of yoga students as part of the warm-up and physical training content,so as to enhance the stability and control of the students’ body.
