In recent years,countries pay more and more attention to students' all-round development,the State Council general office issued by the construction outline "sports power" in the notice made clear that the school and department of education examination system,the physical health level of students,by looking at five years national physical fitness test result shows that the physical situation of college students is not optimistic,especially college students physique continued to decline,boys than sports in university in few other sports activities,activity intensity is not enough,so little to the promotion of physical quality.High intensity interval training refers to the training intensity is greater than the anaerobic threshold and the duration of time is shorter than the moderate intensity,the training time is between 10 seconds to 5 minutes,the interval to make the body not fully recovered.By exploring whether high intensity interval training can promote the physical quality of college boys,this paper designs a training program to carry out experimental intervention on college boys,so as to provide a new training theory reference for school physical education teaching and a training method to improve the physical quality of college boys.This article USES the literature material method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and questionnaire survey to the high-intensity intermittent training of college students physical quality were analyzed,and the influence of the participating schools selected meet the requirements of two classes,a total of 40 students,and through a series of tests show that the experimental body before the body quality indicators no difference,the students into two groups for eight weeks of the experimental intervention,through a lot of reading papers related materials and books,choose the national physical fitness test,test on college students index to reflect the students' physical quality level,finally it is concluded that the results are as follows: After eight weeks of high-intensity interval training,the four indexes of 50 meters,lung capacity,standing long jump and sitting body forward bend in the experimental group showed significant changes compared with those before the experiment,and the results weresignificantly improved(P < 0.05).After the control group test,there was no significant difference in 6 indexes of 50-meter run,1000-meter run,pull-up,sitting forward bend,standing long jump and lung capacity(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the indexes of the experimental group and control group after the experiment after the comparison of paired sample T test(P > 0.05),The conclusion is as follows:(1)after eight weeks of intensive training,the pulmonary ventilation function of male students can be significantly improved.(2)high intensity interval training can significantly improve the speed quality,lower limb explosive force and flexibility of college boys.(3)eight-week high intensity interval training has no obvious effect on the development of upper limb strength and endurance quality of college boys.(4)both general physical education training and high-intensity interval training can improve students' physical fitness test scores,but the effect of high-intensity interval training is more obvious.
