At present,the Bay area has become an important engine to promote global economic growth and regional economic opening.It has the foundation and conditions needed to develop digital creative industries and is an important driver to stimulate employment.But still facing the employment pressure of the huge new growing labor force and the structural contradiction of employment caused by the market changes such as economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading,the employment problem presents a more complex situation.So the world's four Bay area digital creative industry employment agglomeration has a comparative advantage? What is the gap between the employment concentration level of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area digital creative industry and the world-class Bay area? How to Use Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area Figures The development of creative industry stimulates employment agglomeration level?Under this idea,the first chapter first combs the employment basic theory and analyzes the advantage of the digital creative industry to pull the employment at the theoretical level,in addition,defines the connotation of the employment agglomeration of the digital creative industry.The second chapter starts with the comparison of the contribution rate of the digital creative industry to the total employment in the Bay area,and explores the advantages of the four Bay areas through the three dimensions of the total employment number,the average employment value and the proportion of the digital creative industry employment inthe total industry.High,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area growth rate is obvious.In order to more intuitively and comprehensively reflect the employment concentration level of digital creative industry in bay area,this paper constructs the location entropy model,the third and fourth chapters quantitatively measure the location entropy value and evolution trend of digital creative industry in subdivision industry and core city,and compare the employment agglomeration level of digital creative industry with world-class bay area.In the core city of word creative industry,the average value of employment location entropy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area is at the end of last three years,but the advantage of annual growth rate is obvious.The fifth chapter is through the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area digital creative industry employment and talent policy and tax policy combing,we can see that there are still some policy obstacles in the three areas of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area coordination,including the different levels of education of the population in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area,the employment service base is not strong,the three places tax synergy,tax management mechanism is not perfect,tax legal system is not perfect and other obstacles.Finally,based on the empirical results and the analysis of policy obstacles,this paper puts forward a specific optimization path to the employment structure of digital creative industries in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao from three aspects:integration of production,education and research,from "demographic dividend" to"creative talent dividend ";urban development advantage,from" regional employment"to" urban characteristic employment ";strengthening the overall layout of employment,from "government-led employment" to "government-assisted employment ";improving employment infrastructure,from" attracting talent quickly"to" long-term retention "employment system" three-system "and" three-system-based employment.
