Research On The Policy Optimization Of High Level Talents Hiring Of Wen Zhou

China's high-level talent hiring policy is led by the government,the main mode is from the upper government of power to the lower government of power transfer.Since the introduction of the first medium-and long-term talent development program in China,various local governments have made intensive efforts to introduce various talent hiring policies,among which there are some excellent innovative talent hiring strategies.Nowadays,Wenzhou is at the critical point of economic reformation and evolution.The breakthrough of industrial structure is an important element for the sustainable and high-quality progress of Wenzhou in the tomorrow.Wenzhou is facing great importance to the construction of high-level talents,particularly to bring of high-level talents,there are plenty of key policies and great efforts to draw talents.However,the implementation of high-level policies in Wenzhou is not effective and the hiring of high-end talents is difficult.In this paper,the problems existing in the policy of introducing high-level talents in Wenzhou city and the causes are studied,and the questionnaire survey and interview are used to carry out the research.The first normative analysis to study the status quo of Wenzhou high-level talent introduction,through combing the results of questionnaire and interview,found in Wenzhou in the presence of talent introduction policy existence one-sidedness,just introduce attraction is not strong,the low degree of policy public awareness,hiring talents assessment mechanism is not perfect five aspects.In view of the above question and causes,it put forward that optimization suggestions from five aspects: policy system of high-level talent recruitment,policy guarantee,policy integration between policy and regional industry,policy publicity and talent assessment mechanism.High-level talents are the core strength of regional competition and evolution,and the realize result of the policy must to tested in the tomorrow.For Wenzhou,only by actively embracing talents and rationally planning strategies can it achieve results in the pursuit of high-level talents,better enable the city to develop,and let the people in the region enjoy the fruits of wisdom.
