November 2019,the ministry of education issued the document "opinions on strengthening the work of proposition for senior high school entrance examination",the document emphasizes to strengthen proposition team construction.As an important indicator to measure teachers' professional quality,teachers' propositional ability has gradually become a consensus.The research on improving the propositional ability of junior physics teachers has also become an important subject of deepening the reform of basic education and teacher education.Firstly,based on the literature survey,the paper guided by Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives and the evaluation system of PISA,sorts out the technical specifications of proposition and discusses the factors affecting the quality of proposition.Secondly,the author interviewed the front-line physics teachers in junior high school,understood the present situation and existing problems of teachers' propositional ability,summarizes the factors affecting the improvement of proposition ability of teachers.Thirdly,the author takes the 2015-2019 Nanjing high school examination papers and the physics model examination papers of corresponding regions as samples,analyzes and compares the three aspects of the test papers: the content coverage,the situation and the ability of examination.The following conclusions have been drawn: the number of test sites in the model test paper is low,and the coverage of the required content of curriculum standard is low;the situation selection of model test paper and middle test paper is mainly from textbooks and daily life,but less from cultural history and social science and technology;the model test paper has more application to the real drawing,but less application to the data chart;the level of "understanding" of cognitive ability in both the model and the middle exams is much higher than the requirements of curriculum standard.Enlightenment to teachers' proposition: exercise the proposition ability of the easily ignored knowledge,and improve the knowledge point coverage;Attach importance to the value function of the situation and enrich the selection and presentation of the situation;Study and understand the requirements of the ability test,grasp the characteristics of the ability test questions.Finally,in order to improve the propositional ability of physics teachers in junior high school,six suggestions are put forward from six aspects,such as following the propositional guiding ideology,mastering the propositional technology and criterion.
