Discussion On Event Tourism Development Of Chengdu Marathon Based On Tourist Satisfaction

With China entering the new era of socialism,people's needs have developed from material and cultural needs to the needs of a better life.The national fitness boom is becoming popular.Marathon events not only become an important tourist attraction,but also boost the development of the host city.The research on marathon events tourism has become a hot issue.Based on the analysis of Chengdu marathon,which is a famous marathon event in China,and its tourism development status,this paper uses questionnaire and interview methods to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of Chengdu marathon tourists in 2019,and then puts forward countermeasures to improve it.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: first,Chengdu and its tourism development status provide a good foundation for marathon events,at the same time,the integration and development of Marathon events tourism is also an important way for the high-quality development of tourism industry in Chengdu;second,the satisfaction of tourists in the 2019 Marathon events in Chengdu and its reasons,the satisfaction survey results show that:(1)Marathon tourists mainly include the participants,spectators and accompanying tourists,and the overall quality is high.(2)The participants of Chengdu marathon are generally satisfied with the core and peripheral system of Chengdu marathon.(3)The later maintenance of Chengdu marathon,the operation ability and level of Chengdu sports events,the experience of the government and the legal guarantee system of Marathon events need to be improved.(4)The mid-term operation system,shopping experience,transportation system and amusement system are the major factors influencing the satisfaction of Chengdu marathon participants.The main reasons are: the operation ability and level of the event is not perfect,the experience of running the event is not enough,the legal guarantee system of the event is not perfect,and the service level of the city needs to be improved.Thirdly,the main body of the development of Marathon tourism in Chengdu should be defined,and the development system and Countermeasures of Marathon tourism in Chengdu should be put forward.The "1-3-8" system of Marathon tourism should be constructed,including the government leading body of large-scale marathon in the city,which is sponsored by local government + Sports Association,undertaken by tourism and sports government departments,sponsored by social enterprises and assisted by volunteers of social groups There are three systems: the core system,the peripheral system and the central system.There are eight countermeasures: early propaganda,middle operation,later maintenance,infrastructure,tourism products,service facilities,operation and management.By studying the development of Marathon tourism in Chengdu,we can improve the theoretical system and approach of Marathon tourism development,solve the problems of each subject in each stage in the process of marathon,provide decision-making basis for the more healthy and sustainable development of Marathon tourism in Chengdu,and also provide reference and basis for the development of government led sports tourism in other cities According to.
