Educational equity is the focus of long-term and high-level society.Achieving educational equity,especially in the primary and secondary schools,is of great significance for promoting social equity.Equality of educational opportunities is a core element of educational equity,and education equity cannot be achieved without equal educational opportunities.However,due to China's vast territory and large population,the level of economic and social development and management level are very uneven,and the realization of equal opportunities in education faces many difficulties.Moreover,the problem of equal access to education is not available,not only in the student group,but also in the teacher group.This problem has seriously restricted the improvement of the educational development level in Area A and affected the realization of educational equity.Taking A district in Shanghai as an example,this paper focuses on the development of public online education in the primary and secondary schools and the promotion of equal opportunities in education.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into four chapters,the specific content of each chapter is as follows:The first chapter is about the connotation and value of public online education to promote equal opportunities in primary and secondary education.It mainly discusses a number of basic issues: the concept,type and development history of online education and public online education,the concept of equality of educational opportunities,its value and its current status in primary and secondary schools,and the promotion relationship between public online education and equal opportunities in education.The second chapter is the preliminary exploration of the equal opportunity of primary and secondary education in public online education in Area A.This paper introduces the current situation and causes of equal opportunities in primary and secondary education in Area A,and analyzes the preliminary exploration and problems faced by Area A in promoting equal opportunities in education through public online education.In general,the public online education platform in Area A has not played its due role.The reason for this situation is the lack of thinking and functional design of the learner's perspective,the lack of effective production and application training,and the lack of effective cooperation in education and teaching reform and the integration of the online education platform system.The third chapter is about the experience of public online education to promote equal opportunities in education.It mainly introduces the practices and effects of “Khan Academy” and “Taiwei Class”,analyzes their characteristics in design ideas,course content and application methods,and summarizes the main experiences we should learn from.The fourth chapter public online education promotes the development strategy of equal opportunities in primary and secondary education in Area A.This chapter is the focus of the full text.On the basis of investigating the status quo of primary and secondary education in Area A,and drawing on the successful experience of Khan Academy and Taiwei,it puts forward its own solutions and specific and operational improvement suggestions for improving public online education in Area A.This chapter believes that the development of public online education for primary and secondary schools must further establish the concept of government leadership,strive to improve the construction of online platform system,and pay more attention to the application effect of online platform.
