A Study On The Process And Effect Of Policy Implementation Of Diligent Work-Frugal Study Movement Policy In Universities From The Perspective Of Precision Funding

The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that we should mobilize the whole party,the whole society,adhere to targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,and combine poverty alleviation with "supporting the will" and "supporting the wisdom".The concept of "targeted funding" is the extension and expansion of "targeted poverty alleviation" in the context of colleges and universities.How to realize the practical help to the students with economic difficulties in Colleges and Universities under the idea of "precise funding" and ensure that the work study work in Colleges and universities can effectively solve the poverty problem of poor students is a new topic in the field of poverty alleviation that we are facing at present.From the perspective of "precision funding",this paper investigates and analyzes the process and effect of the implementation of the work study policy of East China University of political science and law from the three sub concepts of "precision identification","precision assistance" and "precision management" of "precision funding",and finds that there are existing problems in East China University of political science and law at present and puts forward corresponding solutions.The paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of the study of the work study policy in Colleges and Universities Based on the accurate identification,and summarizes the existing literature.The second part is an overview of related core concepts and basic theories.It defines the concepts of family economic difficult students and precise financial aid,and introduces related theories of education equity,education cost sharing,human capital and "targeted poverty alleviation",which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper.The third part analyzes the work study policy of East China University of political science and law,the identification policy of poor students and other relevant supporting policies,which lays a policy foundation for the following analysis of the implementation process and effect of the work study policy.In the fourth and fifth part,through the questionnaire and interview research on the poor students and the poor students' identification,the management teachers related to the work study program of East China University of political science and law,the paper analyzes the implementation process and the implementation effect of the work study program of East China University of political science and law in three aspects of "precise identification","precise assistance" and "precise management".In the sixth part,from the perspective of precision funding,the author tries to put forward universal countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation process and effect of the current work study policy in Colleges and universities from three aspects of "precision identification","precision assistance" and "precision management".
