Video feedback technology as a new educational concept,its method is mainly to video as a teaching form,the teacher's course content to intercept pictures or dynamic video presentation form,and other tools to assist students in the learning process,refine the learning content,to practice,so as to understand the deficiencies in the learning process and improve It has a very positive guiding significance in the diagnosis of the late training,the development of relevant guidance suggestions and evaluation indicators.This study takes the application of video feedback teaching in breaststroke skills as the research object,and takes 30 students in the improvement class of my internship unit as the investigation object.We used the same teaching content and schedule for the students in the experimental group and the control group to control the experiment.The only difference between the two groups is that the experimental group will have a reflective framework to conduct self-evaluation after class,while the control group will only watch the video without reflection framework.This study found that: first,no matter the control group or the experimental group students,their basic physical fitness and learning swimming style related to the investigation problem has no difference,can be considered that the two do not have heterogeneity.Second,according to the t test results of mean variance,There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.Third,the complete movement effect score of the experimental group is relatively concentrated,the kurtosis value is larger,and the scores are not scattered as the control group students,and the majority value is in the high position,which shows that the complete action effect score of the experimental group students has not only been improved,but also the majority of the students have been relatively stable and improved to a better performance.Therefore,After comparing the two groups of students,it was found that there were significant differences Fourth,after the video feedback teaching intervention,the variance homogeneity test of 50 meter breaststroke results and rowing times of golf index shows that the data variance of the experimental group students is equal to that of the control group students.However,in the test of the mean equation of T,the data of the experimental group and the control group are quite different.According to the above conclusions,the suggestions of this paper are as follows:first,in the process of expanding the application range of high-definition cameraequipment,the field of motor skill learning also begins to use video feedback technology,but if you need to achieve better learning effect,we should introduce the reflection framework to supplement,and set and implement the special skill improvement plan for our own shortcomings.Second,according to the data analysis of the research experiment,No matter which group of students,after the second half of the semester,their scores have been significantly improved.Therefore,for the improvement of swimming skills,we need to carry out training in accordance with the correct method,and we can't pursue success in a short time.Thirdly,for coaches who can collect a large number of swimming students' sports data,we can use more advanced machine learning methods to model algorithm,instead of staying in the stage of using traditional statistical analysis data modeling,because the traditional statistical analysis is mostly based on the data obeying normal distribution,which is not necessarily the case in fact,so the research conclusion is also valuable Doubt it.
