Investigation On Acculturation And Acculturation Strategy Of Overseas Students Of Chinese Origin In China

The article through to guangzhou four universities of 188 Overseas Students of Chinese Origin cultural adaptation and adaptive strategy questionnaire survey and interviews,found that the influence of Chinese culture to adapt to international students is seen as a internal factors and external factors interact with each other,which formed both internal factors including language factors,the degree of depression,differences in communication,identity,and study abroad experience before,the external factors include social support,public services,cultural activities,climate,food,etc.Degree of the influencing factors of psychological adaptation mainly depression and the influencing factors of school adjustment is primarily a language and the social support,the influencing factors of social and cultural adaptation mainly for communication differences,social support,public services,cultural activities,climate,food,and the influencing factors of cultural adaptation strategy choice is primarily a social support,identity and former study abroad experience.At the same time,through the investigation of the selection tendency of adaptation strategy,it is found that the integration strategy is the best choice for the acculturation of Chinese students.On this basis,the author of Chinese colleges and universities students and related management put forward the corresponding proposal: for Chinese students,should strengthen their active consciousness of intercultural communication,learn some psychology knowledge,actively face the difficulties of cultural adaptation,strengthening self-discipline consciousness and Chinese proficiency,broaden their field of communication,at the same time to accept and use the integration strategy to adapt to the problems of the cultural adaptation strategy;For schools or teachers,they should pay attention to the teaching activities of cultural communication and the related counseling and training of students' acculturation ability,grasp the strong learning motivation brought by the identity of Chinese students' family background,and help them to eliminate emotional barriers.For the relevant government agencies,it is necessary to improve the service quality,conduct regular professional quality training for service personnel,and strengthen the maintenance of social public service facilities.
