Accompanying with the development and the acceleration of Chinese powermarket reform, power companies as a main player in the market are facing competitivechallenges and tests. In order to achieve sound and rapid development, powercompanies must treat human resource as one of the core competencies of corporations.The face of increasingly fierce competitive environment, through effective humanresource management and development, integration of various elements in order toovercome the disjointed situation, help corporations to create value, improve efficiency,and to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, human resources integration hasbecome the inevitable choice of power companies.In this paper, the author first presents the background and significance of the study,as well as the research connotation and significance.Then the author makes situationanalysis of human resource management for Huayin Electric Power Company, pointsout the problems with its management, stresses the necessity and feasibility to constructhuman resources integration, and makes requirements analysis of this system.After that,elaborated the plan of human resources integration. By analyzing its guidelines andgoals, the author puts forward the function modular (such as organization, personnelmanagement, compensation management, performance management, training and careermanagement) design as well as clear role privilege. And through the human resourcesintegration platform construction and application, in order to realize the integrationbetween each module of human resources. Finally, the author explores theimplementation and evaluation of the human resources integration, which is analyzedfrom different aspects such as its specific implementation steps and requirements, themain content of the work?implementation safeguards, etc. On this basis, the humanresources integration for Huayin Electric Power Company has been evaluated from theperspective of its effects, and the development directions have been proposed fordealing with the problems.
