Nowadays with globalization deepening into every aspect of society, along withthe innovation of technology as well as volatile government policies, the livingenvironment of the corporation is becoming more and more complex. To survive andkeep their original advantages in the dynamic environment, companies have toaccelerate their pace in applying new technology and studying. However, to keep thecurrent advantage, the company must improve its dynamic ability. Otherwise, it willbe replaced by its innovative competitors. Then how can a company acquire dynamicability to keep a fast growth? This is a theoretic question, but more importantly, it's aserious practical issue every business owner needs to think over. Dynamic ability thatenterprises respond to environmental change, consolidation, internal and externalresources is a source of corporate competitive advantage. Evolution of dynamiccapabilities can not only enrich the theory, but also in reality to guide the operation ofthe enterprise. Thus, it's vital to organize study in this field.There's plenty of research on the company's dynamic ability. But currentresearch hasn't gone deep into whether organizing study will have an impact ondynamic ability, and how it influences. The improvement of dynamic ability comesfrom knowledge, and organizing study is an effective way to acquire knowledge.Based on current research results, this paper focus on how organizing study canimprove the dynamic ability of companies.This paper first defines the connotation of organizational learning, classifiesorganizing study into three dimensions: study promise, share the expectation andcultivate the mind, and make the analysis of organizational learning process.Subsequently, this paper defines the connotation of company dynamic capabilitiesFurthermore, we sort company dynamic ability into four aspects: environmentobserving ability, flexibility of the company, learning speed and innovation ability,and make the analysis of improving the mechanism of dynamic capabilities. Then, therole of organizing study in improving dynamic ability is analyzed. We draw aconclusion from this study and give advice on improving the company's dynamicability. Finally, the study points out the existing problems and future researchprospects.
