As the rapid development of real estate industry in China,the competition in the real estate market is increasingly fierce.In a highly market-oriented city like Guangzhou,the market competition for real estate enterprises is even fiercer.More and more enterprise managers have realized the enterprise advantages already transformed from resource to talents,only if the enterprise could pay attention to human resource and enhance human resource management constantly,can they improve their own competitiveness.In the paper,the research objective of the paper is the diagnostic report of human resource management of S Real Estate Company.As a real estate company developed in local Guangzhou,problems of human resource management gradually become obvious as the scale expansion and the adjustment of development strategy of the company.On the basis of theoretical research and references related to human resource management,the author made a survey on the human resource management system(organizational structure,position management,recruitment management,training development,performance management,salary management and enterprise culture etc)of S Real Estate Company and comprehensively analyzed the status of human resource management of S Real Estate Company.Through diagnosis,it is found that there are many problems exist in S Real Estate Company,such as unclear position description,imperfect recruitment system,insufficient pertinence in training,defective career advancement and inconsistent salary standard etc.As for the above problems,the author of the paper proposed the general requirements to human resource management based on the strategy of S Real Estate Company and its current and future development needs,and then came up with corresponding suggestions for solving the existing problems with the guidance of theories of moden human resource management.The author wish to provide reference for the human resource management decision to S Real Estate Company,establish systematic human resource management system through a comprehensive diagnostic analysis of human resource management of S Real Estate Company,so as to help the company to realize its strategic objectives and improve the company's market competiveness.Meanwhile,it is expected to provide references for other enterprises in this industry on human resource management.
