This dissertation is a diagnostic report on the organization and administration of AH Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., one of the small and medium enterprises in Zhongshan. Like many other enterprises, the company was established under the policy of reform and opening-up in1980s by Mr. He Jianb.ua with diligence and wisdom from scratch. What’s more, Mr. He has the highest targets---to make it grow stronger as well as bigger and become the flagship of the industry constructing the high-grade residence in Zhongshan. However, as a family business ruled by man, its lagging management becomes the growth bottleneck with the enterprise development.In the current dog-eat-dog business world, the management of AH Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. realizes that the company needs changing urgently and has to clear off the problems existing in its organization and administration step by step so as to have better survival and development, for running a company is boating against the current.Based on the literature materials of strategic human resource from home and abroad, this dissertation, by use of data reviews, questionnaires, formal interviews, on-the-scene observation and workshops, does research on such problems of human resource for the first-hand information as the following:the effectiveness of post specifications, recruit systems, performance and assessment, training and development, compensation and incentive, career planning and so on; the employee satisfaction to work rewards, working background, work groups and enterprise management; the employee’s perceptions of corporate strategy and business decisions. According to the result of investigation and analysis, diagnostic opinions and improvement suggestions are present at the end of this dissertation.This dissertation is made up of five parts as follows. The first part is an introduction to the diagnostic background, purposes and contents and the applying methods; the second part a review of the literature review and the related theory; the third part an introduction to the company and its strategic analysis; the fourth part a key question survey on the human resource management and its analysis and diagnosis; the fifth part offering improvement suggestions on the human resource management. The last part is the conclusion of the dissertation, including the research summary and the lack of research and research prospects.I have been working in AH Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., engaged in human resources and administration for years, hoping that through the paper writing, from the point of view of modern enterprise management, through the internal diagnosis to the company, I can experience the pain in the development of small and medium enterprises facing the transformation. Using modern enterprise management concept, this dissertation puts forward the opinions to solve the problems, while some more thoughts are given about the countermeasures to the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
