The Spatial-Temporal Differences And Forecast Of Urban Development Quality In Urban Agglomeration In The Middle Reach Of Yangtze River

Urban agglomeration is produced when urban development to a certain stage.Its development conforms to the rule of global urbanization.And Urban Agglomerations gradually formed made the space disposition of production factors more reasonable.At the present stage,our country generally formed an urban agglomeration as the main shape of the urban development pattern.Although rapid development of Chinese city advanced the urbanization process,it also brought some "city disease",such as overpopulation with low quality,environmental pollution in city,housing tension and unbalanced development between urban and rural areas.All these hinder the healthy development of the city.Therefore,made urban "quality" as a whole,reasonable developmented urban agglomeration is the objective need of urban sustainable development.After "the Yangtze river economic belt" put forward,the geographical position of Urban agglomeration in the Middle Reach of Yangtze River is more superior,and it has huge development potential,and gradually become a new growth pole in our country.Do research about it has important theoretical and practical significance.According to Urban development theory at home and abroad,based on the connotation of urban development quality,combined with the current development situation of the urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river,this paper,using the Generalization Principal Components Analysis to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban development quality,and using entropy value method to measure the development quality of urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river.On the basis of calculation results to analysis the development quality of urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river in time and space,and to predict the quality of urban development trend in the next five years,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of other urban agglomerations.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2003 to 2012,the score of urban development quality of urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze River is on the rise as a whole.And the proportion of different grade cities has different development status nearly 10 years.Wuhan,Changsha,Nanchang s urban development quality score are in a higher level in ten years.These Central city has a significantly status and become a core growth pole;Xiaogan,Xianning,Suizhou get a low urban development quality score,and it all belongs to Wuhan megalopolis.(2)The urban development quality of different grade cities is in ascension as a whole,but it performance different of sub-index.Most of the first-class city is relatively completing urban infrastructure,shrinking gap between urban and rural areas and balancing rural and urban development.Although individual cities has higher habitable degree,it generally face the shortage of urban economic development momentum and the problem to improve of ecological environment;The secondary turban's social cultural index score are relatively low;Third-tier cities developed from four,five,six levels,all of this urban development quality score is not high and slight gains;Four levels of cities and small cities development is similar.(3)The spatial distribution of urban level can basically reflect the comprehensive development of urban level.Picks up 2003,2006,2009,2012 four time section to analyze the spatial distribution of urban hierarchy,as a whole,we can know city level is on the rise,central city polarization scope is expanding,center group is obvious,secondary center leading role is appearing,low-level city is gradually disappeared.Gravity of the central city is inversely with the standard distance,the closer distance,the stronger the gravity;Central cities have less gravity on the northwestern and more gravity on the southeast;The smaller differ with central city level,the greater the gravity.(4)Wuhan megalopolis,Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and city cluster surrounding Poyang Lake play a strong regional leading role.Different cities have different time trends and urban development quality.In addition,by prediction it can be seen that quality of urban development in the middle reach of Yangtze River in recent 10?20 years has a growth trend.
