Motivation is crucial for organizations to function;without motivation employees will not put up their best and the company's performance would be less efficient.It's a clear fact that motivation influences the individual performance directly.Therefore the motivator should understand the requirements of the employees in order to satisfy them.Each employee will not be motivated in the same manner as to another,but they would be motivated by approaching in a different method.Therefore the motivator should analyze and identify the best way to motivate each employee in order to get the best performance out of them.In the paper I identified and analyzed methods of motivating employees like financially and non-financially,study motivational theories.Studied how to use them in organization.Researched how the "Best Company for work Google" is hiring and motivating their workers.Made survey to know what the best motivator for people is.And finally gave some advises and recommendations according to all studied materials.
