With the rapid development of real estate industry,construction industry has become a pillar industry of national economy.At the same time,the market environment of the construction is more and more drastic.Especially by the rising prices of raw materials,the lowest price bidding system,margin system,the influence of such factors as the average profitability of construction enterprises gradually decline.Therefore,the improvement technology and cost control has always been the focus of the construction enterprise.At present,the construction industry into the mature period,but the construction project cost management in the extensive stage,even more generally,lack of specialized management institutions in the management of the construction project cost,project cost control are done by the construction project manager.This article based on the status of project cost management organization setup is not reasonable,applying the idea of total cost management of project cost management organization structure optimization and reconstruction,reconstruction after the project cost management organizational structure to better coordination of project cost management center of gravity.For project cost estimating lack of integrity of this problem,this paper proposes using the WBS work breakdown structure to the project cost for partial decomposition.According to current situation of lack of timely and dynamically adjust the cost budget,this paper puts forward a complete set of project cost budget standard procedures,and its application to CengGuyan project in detail in this paper.In addition,this paper introduce the earned value method to optimize the project cost control method,the three parameters of earned value method is used for assessment of the project cost,schedule and quality,and provide effective method for cost management.Evaluation index system,this paper improve the project cost and to emphasize strictly carry out the project cost evaluation index for the importance of cost management.
