With the advent of the knowledge-based economy,information and knowledge are increasingly expanding at an unprecedented rate and rapid spread,and occupy an increasingly important position in the current socio-economic.Whether it is business or employees gradually discovered the importance of access to new knowledge.Training as an important way of knowledge acquisition,to become devoted increasing attention to the business and the employees a way to learn.Especially as the petrochemical enterprise,its production line is long,covers a wide range,the accident-prone,high security and technical requirements of the production operation,the training becomes even more important.In recent years,the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company training management regarded as the enterprise most important one of the functions work,but can be seen from the practice of corporate training,current training largely blindness,some even completely formality laborious and time-consuming,resulting in a waste of resources;and the lack of long-term strategic planning,does not have a persistent,training effect only in short-term memory.Resulting staff training was getting bored and escape training effect backfired.The practice of combining analysis theory to sort out the basis of the training needs at home and abroad,this paper seeks to training needs analysis of the theory of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company training needs analysis,training needs analysis method to establish a set of suitable refining enterprises,more targeted,more effective training to achieve the purpose of its training needs analysis.In order to achieve this purpose,mainly from the following those aspects:Firstly,Obtained through a questionnaire survey of the actual situation of the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Training:training of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company poor effectiveness and satisfaction of staff training 3.25,is not satisfied with the state,especially in the company's training content satisfaction mean of only 2.52,at the level of "somewhat dissatisfied".Therefore,the satisfaction of the company staff training is not optimistic.For training management and training of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company ineffective status quo,combined with the actual situation of the training of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,this paper the use of reason to analyze the association graph to analyze the reasons why.The result:lack of training needs analysis and management,an inadequate job training standards,policies and systems need to be improved,training recognize deviations are four main reasons leading to the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company training ineffective.Secondly,we learn from practical experience of the management of the training needs of the petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad,proposed to improve a specific way of training management and effects of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,Lanzhou Petrochemical Company staff training needs that build matrix.Investigate the training needs matrix connotation and Lanzhou Petrochemical Company to build the training needs matrix of objectives,programs and specific processes,and building measures for the protection of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company training needs matrix-depth discussion and analysis.
