Research For Staff Training System Improvement Of LanZhou Petrochemical Company

Since entering 21st century, domestic and international macroscopical environment, trade environment and situation change makes the trade of petrochemical industry facing unprecedented pressure and challenge; competition between companies is now increasing. All needs the China internal enterprise maintenance to continue the lasting learning ability, trace the advanced new technology and the management, and accept the challenge of the future. Therefore it's important of increasing the investment of human resources, enhancing the training of the staff, promoting the staff quality. All above can cause the human capital to continue to rise in value, help the enterprise to obtain a more magnificent achievement.The most important problem for enterprises is how can they improve employees'techniques and knowledge and enhance the competitive power of the enterprise.
