With the improvement of people's living standard,insurance industry in China has made rapid development and the insurance company is getting better and better.However,with 80 s becoming the backbone of the workplace,the impact of their unique personality characteristics of the work is becoming more evident,and their unique personality characteristics has conflicted with traditional management methods.Mastering 80 s staff's occupation expectation,so as to the effective management has become a major problem in insurance company.Therefore,this paper aims to study the 80 s staff's occupation expectation,and it provides insurance companies evidence for effective management of 80 s employees.Practice is inseparable from the theoretical basis.Through reviewing of the literature of the 80 s employees career expectations and insurance companies feature,we find out the theoretical basis of the paper.Also we can not find the research of the 80 s staff's occupation expectation in insurance companies in existing research studies,so it has become a research starting point of this paper.By professor Ning's career expectations questionnaire,we surveyed 247 80 s staff in Tai Kang insurance company,He Zhong insurance company and Ping An insurance company,connecting with the interview method to collect the insurance companies 80 s employees career expectations of real ideas and information.In the questionnaire,we can conclude that 80 s is good at accepting new things,self-centered and value diverse ideas and freedom.Combining with the particularity of insurance companies,questionnaire concluded that the root of the generation of occupation expectation of 80 s employees in the insurance companies is the unique background creating 80 s unique goals and internal needs.In summary,the 80 s employees in insurance companies are expected to pursue the job satisfaction,focusing on economic rewards,hoping to take on challenging and independent work,and have a strong altruism.Among the conclusions,the conclusion that 80 s employees in the insurance companies have altruism is different from the conclusion that 80 s employees only emphasize individualism by others,which has become one of the innovations in this paper.Based on the above study,the paper suggests that Insurance companies' managers should understand and recognize 80 employees,adopt flexible management,combine with the material and non-material incentives to manage and motivate employees in order to improve job satisfaction of 80 s employees and contribute to the development of enterprises more actively.Since previous studies were based on incentive theory to research insurance companies' staff management generally,the paper is based on occupation expectation theory to research insurance companies' 80 s employees from a new point,and prove a new perspective that 80 s employees in insurance companies have a strong altruism and emphasis on social responsibility and sense of profession.However,only using a statistical ranking method to analysis data is limited,the paper may be appropriate to add other analysis methods to make the research more rigorous and accurate in future studies.
