Performance appraisal is the basis of ensuring the effectiveness of human resource management,the key and difficult point of human resource management,and also one of the key factors that affect the core competitiveness of enterprises.The performance evaluation of commercial bank is to achieve its development goals,to evaluate the mechanism and the performance of employees,and the corresponding incentive means to arrange the employee as a system based on value distribution.The performance evaluation of commercial banks not only reflects the concept of development and management of the bank,but also has a significant impact on the employees' behavior.Therefore,strengthening the research on bank performance appraisal system,has important significance to improve the operating performance of banks,improve human resources management concepts and methods,training excellent employees and promote the sustainable development of the bank,to create the core competitiveness of the bank.Based on the advanced theory and experience of performance evaluation of domestic and foreign enterprises,conducted in-depth investigation and study of the postal savings bank of SS branch of the staff performance appraisal system,summarizes the existing performance appraisal of employee participation,assessment indicators,single business volume index is not scientific,performance index structure is not reasonable problems,and from the current system mechanism,the postal savings bank staff understanding and supporting system construction are analyzed.According to the postal savings bank of SS branch of the staff performance appraisal system,combined with the strategic development objectives and requirements of the superior assessment,beneficial practices with reference to the surrounding County branch and other commercial banks,and in interviews and the postal savings bank of SS branch at all levels of managers and employees communicate repeatedly adjusted basis,the author puts forward the comprehensive application of KPI performance evaluation,balanced scorecard,360 degree assessment and other assessment tools based on reasonable distinction between personnel level,optimization scheme in three aspects of performance appraisal index structure,standardize assessment process,gradually establish clear objectives,clear and incentive guidance significantly,and can adapt to the development of law branch the needs of market competition and the performance appraisal system.In the end,this paper forecasts and evaluates the security measures,the difficulties and the possible countermeasures and the benefits of the implementation of the performance appraisal program.This paper presents an improved scheme of employee performance appraisal system of the postal savings bank of SS branch,aims to improve the performance appraisal method,further mobilize the staff's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,through thecontinuous improvement of the performance of employees,promote the SS branch of the business sustainable and steady development of the postal savings bank.At the same time,I hope this paper has some reference value for the improvement of other similar commercial bank performance appraisal system.
