The study found that knowledge workers get more and more attention,how to set up the knowledge team has become the key to the sustainable development of the organization,because the network structure of knowledge team determines the internal team will in sharing the knowledge and information resources,which directly affect the team's innovative behavior and creativity,critical on the innovation performance.However,in the practice of management,the individual internal team often encourage risk-taking and innovation atmosphere because of the lack of mutual trust in the process of interaction,which lead team members did not dare to express their true thoughts and opinions different from other members,not to engage in risky behaviors,which limits the internal team constructive bud and innovation behavior to a great extent,therefore,team psychological safety plays an important role in the relationship between network structure and innovation performance team.Based on the characteristics of knowledge team,from the point of improving the level of interaction and mutual trust within the team,this study selected scientific scale at home and abroad for the related variables,then designed,distributed,recovered effective questionnaires,and explored how to set up a reasonable network structure,and promote team innovation performance.In this study,16 hypotheses are proposed.The relationship model is constructed with team network structure as independent variable,team psychological safety as mediator,and innovation performance as dependent variable.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer,knowledge network structure and it's two second-order factors(network density and relationship strength)has a positive effect on team innovation performance and it's two second-order factors(innovation effectiveness and innovation efficiency).(2)Through analysis the dimension of team network structure,we find the influence of network density on team innovation performance's two second-order factors is greater than the influence of relationship strength on team innovation performance's two second-order factors,which explains the “circle” phenomenon on management practice.(3)Combined with the characteristics of knowledge team,team psychological safety has a positive impact on team innovation performance,and it plays a intermediary role in the relationship between team network structure and team innovation performance.The conclusion of the study can not only provide theoretical guidance for the management of network structure of the knowledge team,expand the application of the boundary of social network theory,but also provides some ideas and methods to improve the knowledge team innovation performance.All in all,the study has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
