China has traditionally been a big agricultural country.Gansu also is a big agricultural province with abundant and various agricultural products.The agricultural products,however,are still sold in a traditional marketing mode.Longnan city,located in Gansu,is one of the remotest and poorest areas nationally.How to overcome poverty and achieve prosperity is concerned by all of the local people.From 2013,Longnan city has taken the lead of launching the e-commerce poverty alleviation work.Based on every aspect and central elements involving e-commerce poverty alleviation,Longnan city strives to explore a suitable e-commerce poverty alleviation system that is able to promoted and applied within a certain area.This paper firstly defines and analyzes the theoretical basis of poverty alleviation of agricultural products by means of literature research method firstly and analyzes the course of development of e-commerce in Longnan city vertically and horizontally so as to find out the characteristics of universality.Secondly,theoretical basis definition and analysis will be discussed on produce e-commerce poverty alleviation through Literature study.Some references have been found through the summary of the successful experience in the domestic produce e-commerce with comparative analysis method.But we also have to pay attention to the lack of branding of agricultural products and the threats caused by the lag of electricity legislation.Finally,using SWOT analysis method to carry out produce e-commerce poverty alleviation,the current situation and development of Longnan produce trade are analyzed,moreover,its advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats to environmental factors will also be discussed to find out the SO,WO,ST,WT development strategies.
