| After decades of rapid development,China's economy has become the world's second largest economic entity in 2010.China's gross domestic product in 2016 reached 74412.7 billion yuan,an increase of 6.7% over 2015.Per capita GDP 53980 yuan,an increase of 6.1% over 2015.Whether it is the total GDP,and per capita GDP,China's economy has made unprecedented progress and development,but also to world attention.But in the rapid economic development at the same time,we also have to realize that in the current world,competition has become increasingly fierce and competitive is also growing.How to make China in such a fierce competition to maintain optimistic growth as Chinese enterprises,especially manufacturers have to think about an important issue.More and more international manufacturing enterprises began to transition to service.They are no longer only concerned about the production of tangible products,they pay more attention to the realization of the invisible value of the product.Manufacturing industry to a certain extent into the service industry,service has become the inevitable trend of manufacturing development,which for the future development of China's manufacturing enterprises to provide a new path.In China's manufacturing sector,with the economic development and market competition intensified.Many manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises had relied on cheap labor and low-cost production advantage in the gradual decline.Just rely on the price advantage can not adapt to market development,for enterprises to bring continued competitiveness and profits.At the same time,the role of the service sector in economic development,more and more prominent.In 2015,the added value of the tertiary industry was 341.567 billion yuan,accounting for 50.5% of the gross domestic product,the added value of the secondary industry was 27427.8 billion yuan,accounting for 40.5% of the gross domestic product.In 2016,the added value of the tertiary industry was 3842.21 billion yuan,accounting for 51.6% of the gross domestic product,the added value of the secondary industry was 296.236 billion yuan,accounting for 39.8% of the gross domestic product.Therefore,as a manufacturing power,China's manufacturing enterprises will inevitably embark on the road of service.On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on manufacturing service,this paper introduces the definition,motivation and role of manufacturing service;through the case analysis,it is concluded that the road of service transformation of different manufacturing enterprises is different,and this paper summarizes the three realization paths of manufacturing service,that is,the service path of downstream industry chain,the service route of upstream industry chain and the service route of upstream and downstream industry chain.Using the theory of value chain,comprehensive analysis of the implementation of these three paths,and they were relatively brief. |
