Since the reform and opening up,China has used its low-cost traditional advantages to increasingly highlight its position on the international stage in the wave of rapid economic globalization. At present, with the continuous deepening of the global value chain system and the international division of labor, the global economy is undergoing a process of transforming from an "industrial economy" to a "service economy." As a world power,China has deeply participated in the global value chain system and international division of labor, and has become a "world factory." However,China, which has long been a labor-intensive country, actively participates in the global value chain division, but its manufacturing industry is large but not strong. The low level of service is the main reason for China's low international competitiveness and its low end in the global value chain. Therefore, how to comprehensively and concretely assess China's manufacturing service level and its trends, and understand its main driving factors,is to get rid of China's position at the bottom of the global value chain, implement "Made in China 2025",and effectively promote the process of manufacturing service in China. An important part. This paper uses the multi-region input-output model(MRIO)to measure the service level of China's manufacturing industry from 2000 to 2014 through input-output method, and compares it with developed countries such as EU,Japan and South Korea and finds that it The level of service is always low.Subsequently,in order to further understand the status quo and development trend of China's manufacturing service,it also divided its overall service input into domestic service input and foreign service input, and divided it into labor-intensive,capital-intensive and technology-intensive manufacturing according to factor density.industry.The study found that although the overall level of service in China has not changed much, the level of service at home and abroad has shown a different trend. The level of domestic service has presented a “V” type, while the level of foreign service has just the opposite. The V-shaped characteristics show that after the financial crisis,China began to pay attention to the construction of manufacturing services. At the same time, this paper finds that the manufacturing sector with different factor density characteristics in China has a great dependence on service input.Although the technology-intensive manufacturing sector has the highest degree of service,it shows a large downward trend. The main reason is that in the high-end field of intermediate service products,China still has a relatively large gap compared with developed countries.Basedon the above problems, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions in a targeted manner. On the one hand, the government can focus on the development of the domestic high-end service sector and vigorously support related industries, not only providing financial support, but also continuously innovating in technology and management to promote the development of the domestic service sector and produce Able to produce products with high service content in the United States. On the other hand, reducing dependence on foreign service investment can not only effectively resist the impact of the world economic crisis on China's economy, but also create more job opportunities for the country. In order to get rid of China's low-end status in global value chain production as soon as possible,it is an urgent problem to improve the value-added service of China's manufacturing industry. To this end, this paper uses the SDA structure decomposition technology to decompose the factors affecting the added value of China's manufacturing services into the initial input intensity, the intermediate product input structure, the product structure of the final demand, the source structure of the final demand and the scale effect of the final demand. In each aspect, the analysis is carried out from three levels: total level, domestic and foreign content level and industry difference. The study found that before and after the financial crisis, the input structure of intermediate products has undergone tremendous changes, and its effects are constantly expanding. In the future,China should increase the improvement of the structure of intermediate products, improve the technical complexity and total factor productivity of export products, and enhance the international competitiveness of China's intermediate products in the global industrial chain. The source structure effect of the final demand has changed from the negative effect before 2008 to the positive effect, indicating that China should pay more attention to cooperation with developing countries in the future and reduce the dependence on developed countries.
