Research On Servitization Path Of Manufacturing Industry Based On Double Chain Fusion

Nowadays,the wave of economic globalization is intensifying,and the division of labor in the manufacturing industry of various countries is gradually refined.In the increasingly fierce market competition and the increasingly convenient docking of supply and demand,the proportion of manufacturing itself in the value-added composition of industrial products is getting lower and lower.On the one hand,for the manufacturing industry itself,not only due to the impact of core technical constraints and reduced added value of the manufacturing process,resulting in poor product quality and imperfect service system;Moreover,due to the unreasonable impact of resource and environmental constraints and unreasonable industrial structure,the extensive economic growth mode relying on resource factor input and scale expansion is obviously unsustainable.On the other hand,with the increase of people’s income level,consumer needs are also constantly changing,and it is also promoting the development trend of manufacturing from product-oriented to customer-oriented,and these changes have prompted the manufacturing industry to explore new development directions.China is the world’s largest manufacturing country,in order to achieve the transformation from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power,we must actively respond to various changes,and this series of changes all reflect the importance of service elements.Therefore,the process of manufacturing servitization will promote the development of manufacturing industry to a large extent.Based on the role of manufacturing servitization in promoting the development of manufacturing industry,this paper takes manufacturing as the research object to explore the driving effect of dual-chain integration on manufacturing servitization.Through the national statistical yearbook and input-output table,the data were extracted and sorted,and the framework path of manufacturing servitization was designed with configuration analysis conclusions.It mainly includes industrial chain driven type and dual-chain integration driven type.The results show that the driving effect of the innovation chain on the transformation of manufacturing service is poor,and the resource input of the innovation chain and the application of its results have not been well transformed,while the adjustment of industrial structure has a good driving effect on the transformation of manufacturing service.Finally,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the problems brought by the servitization of manufacturing industry in the research results.
