In the background of global economic integration, nations enterprises have been implementing multinational business, or find more low-cost production base., with developing bigger international market. Multinational management lead to industry, company, Labour beyond national borders flow, the emergence of a multicultural conflict and fusion phenomenon, cross-cultural management also became the focus of the multinational enterprise pay more and more attention. China, as a developing country, good investment environment is attracting numerous foreign enterprise corporate. These foreign capital enterprise needs to take with them different methods of management of the homeland to obtain the good business in China. Therefore, under the conditions of cross-cultural study how to overcome conflict in different cultures, and according to the specific circumstances for their own company to create a unique culture, to form effective cross-cultural management of excellence is very meaningful.Taking the foreign-funded enterprises in China as the research object, explore cross-cultural management features, development mode and how to form the suitable cross-cultural management methods. The core layer is to resolve cultural conflicts, and create integrated cultural, cross-cultural management in foreign-funded enterprises account for the most important position is the center of cross-cultural management; Base layer is to foster cross-cultural awareness, analysis and identification of cultural differences, it is the foreign-funded enterprises to implement effective cross-cultural management and pillars of the premise; Security layer is a cultural training and the selection of cross-cultural management talent, it is a foreign-owned enterprise conduct cross-culture management long guarantee. According to the characteristics of cross-cultural management, the foreign-funded enterprises in China cross-cultural management should be to create integration culture as the core, with analysis to identify cultural differences as the basis, culture training to ensure the implementation of effective cross-cultural management, promote the foreign-funded enterprises in China's long-term development.
