China attracted more and more foreign enterprises in. many companies’ practice and study show that manager’s cultural competence direct affect cultural management effectiveness in multinational enterprises. Chinese managers as the main army of management in foreign funded company, it’s very important to improve their cultural competence, because some lower are foreigners, some uper are foreigners, and at the some time they also need work together with different cultural people. Many practice and study show that cultural intelligence is a main fact to influence cultural competence, cultural competence is the result that apply cultural intelligence into practice, cultural intelligence how to influence cultural competence? Cross-cultural Experience different from every people, but it how to moderate the relationship between cultural intelligence and cultural competence? These are the main research object of this paper.This paper takes the Chinese managers as the research object, main research the influence of cultural intelligence on cross cultural competence, at the same time leading in cross cultural experience as a moderator variable, to study their relationship and enhance their cross cultural competence. |
