Evaluation Of Cangxi Kiwifruit Quality Competitiveness Based On The Perspective Of Supply Chain

The central document on the 1st mentioned the "agricultural modernization" many times since 2014.It proposed that the country should continuously strengthen the quality of agricultural production and promote the quality of agricultural products through the quality of strategic planning.The central rural work conference in 2016 will be "the number of agriculture" as an important goal of agricultural development,quantity and quality of production and management will be the future of Chinese agriculture to improve the competitiveness of agricultural products in the main direction.In this paper,the research on the quality of agricultural products from the perspective of supply chain is the new direction of research in recent years which deepens the research scope of quality competitiveness,and carries on the quality of kiwi fruit.Competitiveness orientation evaluation has important theoretical significance,which provides academic reference for related theory.Cangxi kiwi as a nutritional value and high economic value of agricultural products,its growing consumer demand for the market,compared to the international market for kiwi sought after,the quality of domestic kiwi need to further enhance.By studying the quality competitiveness of Cangxi kiwi fruit,it is of practical significance to improve the quality and efficiency and promote the sustainable development of kiwi industry and create greater economic benefits.It also helps to improve the quality construction of kiwi fruit which has a lasting and important significance.First,this paper constructs the quality competitiveness model of kiwi fruit from the perspective of supply chain based on the analysis of the background,significance and theory of the research.And then we construct the evaluation index system of kiwi fruit quality competitiveness on the basis of model analysis.The paper has also described the evaluation principles and methods.The index system in here includes six factors:natural endowment,planting production,process control,customer value,government and organization leadership,sustainable development level.The author uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the indicators,which provides Theoretical reference in the field of quality competitiveness to study the quality of agricultural products.Secondly,this paper takes Cangxi kiwi fruit as the research object,and collects the data through the questionnaire to evaluate the quality competitiveness of kiwi.The results showed that the quality competitiveness of Cangxi kiwi fruit was strong,but there was still a big gap to very strong.The evaluation of the secondary index elements shows that:(1)The resource endowment score of Cangxi kiwi fruit is greater than 4.0,which contributes greatly to the total quality competitiveness,among which the competitive advantage is strong and the disease resistance is weak;(2)The promotion of the quality competitiveness of the government and the organization is stronger than the resource endowment,the kiwi brand is highly competitive,the grassroots organizations play a great role in the quality construction,and the quality supervision level needs to be further improved.(3)Planting production,process control and sustainable development The promotion of quality competitiveness is generally biased towards strong,planting management,labor security,quality procurement supervision,technical service,and the need for strengthening.(4)Customer value of the promotion of quality competitiveness in general,need to enhance the consumer awareness and recognition of Cangxi kiwi fruit.Finally,according to the empirical analysis and research feedback,the following policy recommendations are put forward:(1)The government should to protect the growth environment of kiwi fruit,to improve the variety structure,to strengthen the popularization of disease prevention;(2)To further play the role of government leaders,grassroots organizations in quality construction,(4)To develop long-term plans to protect the labor force,strengthen the construction of professional and technical team and technical services;(5)To strengthen the awareness of planting management quality,improve participate in the proportion of participation of the Quality management system,thereby enhancing the value of kiwi customers.
