Research On Evaluation Of The Quality Competitiveness Based On The Collaborative Supply Chain

With unceasing development of economy, the globalization of information net and market and the acceleration of technological innovation, the competition between the supply chains become the main format of the market competition. One the other hand, the customers demand for the quality of the products and the service improves continuingly, quality has been the core element of the enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, how to make use of collaborative supply chain to improve quality in order to enhance competitiveness is the new problem in supply chain and quality management fields.Based on the literature review, the thesis mainly discusses the evaluation of the quality competitiveness based on the collaborative supply chain, and establishes the evaluation model. Firstly, it introduces the collaborative supply chain into the quality competitiveness research, and analyzes the relationship between members of the supply chain, and finds the cut-in point to the collaborative supply chain with the quality competitiveness, and describes the process of quality based on the collaborative supply chain. Secondly, it analyzes the factors in quality competitiveness based on the collaborative supply chain, and established the structural model of the quality competitiveness based on the collaborative supply chain by Interpretative Structural Modeling Method. Thirdly, it decomposes the factors in quality competitiveness based on the collaborative supply chain to build a index system as the standard of the competitiveness evaluation. Finally, it establishes the evaluation model by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and validates the model by the examples.
