Research Of The Differential Mode Of Association In China About Regional Development Under Five Concepts

After the rapid economic development stage of reform and opening up,Chinese economic and social go into the new normal.At this stage,uncoordinated,unbalanced and unsustainable development remains a serious problem.The weak innovation ability,the inefficient growth model,the imbalance between urban and rural areas,the tighter resource constraints,the deterioration of ecological environment,the slow development of people's livelihood and so on are not fundamentally reversed.In order to cope with the opportunities and challenges under the new normal,stick to scientific development,resolve development problems,steady the development advantages,the Party Central Committee present the five development concepts called innovation,coordination,green,opening up,and sharing.The research of regional five development concepts' estimating at this stage and presenting the conception of balanced development area of five concepts help us implement five development concepts,help unify planning regional economy.Based on the realistic background,this paper from the point five concepts'balance,using data analysis software,mathematical models and map-making software,through the discussion on differential mode of association about regional development in China,to discuss the difficulties of implementing and the development trend of evolution about balanced development areas.Firstly,taking the 123 cities of five regions as a whole,using the mean value theorem to calculate the every concept's development situation to state the growing trend of every concept and weak spot of five concepts.Then based this,sort out and analysis the balance and growth situation of five regions under five concepts to look up the areas with problems.Then,this paper uses the discrete choice model to discuss the formation of the differential mode of association,the relation between the five concepts and setting of balanced development areas,to probe into the evolution of balanced development areas.The study finds:the fields of every concept increase year by year but the field of opening is the short of implementing five development concepts.It's helpful to promote innovation,opening and sharing to form the balanced development area.Yangtze River Delta's and Pearl River Delta's have formed the significant differential mode of association,and their development is better than other regions.There are difference between the different region's forming of balanced development area.Yangtze River Delta's and Pearl River Delta's scale and effect are better than others,the Middle reaches of Yangtze River's balanced development area is not totally forming.In the end,this paper discusses the government spending's positive impact on balanced development.In view of the above conclusion,for helping implement thoroughly five development concepts,this paper provides some relevant policy suggestion at the last part.
