It is not only the carrier of knowledge storage of the knowledge workers,and principal part of knowledge innovation,play a decisive role in the enterprise occupies a position in the.However,the knowledge staff's ability to fully play the role in the enterprise must also rely on an important condition--a high level of employee loyalty management,which is based on the knowledge staff's loyalty to the premise of scientific measurement.At present,the effective measurement of enterprise knowledge China employee loyalty model does not see more.Based on the previous research findings,this paper attempts to construct a can be suitable for Chinese enterprise practical and easy to operate the enterprise knowledge staff loyalty evaluation model.Firstly,the domestic and foreign related measurement of staff loyalty mainly summarizes and comments on the model.Based on the achieved results before,combined with the analysis and understanding of enterprise knowledge China staff characteristics,some assumptions and management on the basis of the evaluation,this paper attempts to construct the initial knowledge staff loyalty model.This model takes the knowledge type staff factors,enterprise factors,external factors as the first grade indexes,and on this basis,thinning out of two level and three level indicators,and finally form contains 16 specific indicators evaluation system,and establishes a mathematical expression concise.Then through the empirical test,and the evaluating model was improved and optimized.This model is applied in the surveyed enterprises,forming a basic judgment on the enterprise knowledge staff loyalty status,and in view of the weak link,put forward suggestions for improvement.The construction of the model,provides a new method to evaluate the enterprise knowledge Chinese employee loyalty cultivation and promotion at the same time,for the enterprise to carry on the knowledge staff loyalty practice also has certain guiding significance.
