With the rapid development of manufacturing industry in China and the progress of"Made in China 2025," if China want change from a big manufacture country to strong manufacture country,human resources are the primary resources and the important supply elements of innovation.How to increase the effective supply of talented person,optimize the structure of talented persons that supports the rebalancing of China's economic restructure,and increase the productivity of talented persons are the urgent tasks during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.Therefore,formulating an effective recruitment strategy has a great influence on the talent introduction and the development of an enterprise.As a large equipment manufacturing enterprise,HC Group Co.,Ltd.recruits all kinds of talents through various channels every year.However,the effectiveness of recruitment is not high.The key position's technology and sales recruitment are difficult.The lack of ability of front-line employees,makes the construction of qualified personnel echelon difficult,and obstruct the development of enterprises.In order to further improve the effectiveness of HC Group Co.,Ltd.staff recruitment,recruit more suitable for the development of enterprise professionals,this paper make a theoretical and empirical research for the enterprise recruitment strategy.It illustrates the important role of recruitment strategy in the rapid development of enterprises.First of all,using the mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the present situation of human resources of enterprises under the current recruitment strategy of HC Group Co.,Ltd,mainly analyzes and studies the human resources,the personnel structure,the turnover rate and the current recruitment system of the industries in which HC Group Co.,Ltd.operates.From the analysis,we summarize the existing problems in the current recruitment strategy.The results show that under the current recruitment strategy of HC Group Co.,Ltd.there is a problem of unreasonable talent structure,high lose rate and incomplete recruitment system.Secondly,we made studies on the causes of corporate recruitment strategy.The results show that:due to the lack of long-term planning of human resources which matches the corporate strategy,the recruitment is too passive and lack of pertinence,resulting in unreasonable structure of corporate personnel,difficulty in recruiting technicians and sales staff,large loss of key positions,etc.The lack of strong professional competence of recruiters,the failure to organize effective structured interviews,and the narrow recruitment channels are the main reasons for the under-recruitment of enterprises.Thirdly,in view of these problems,the dissertation adopts the methods of literature and case study and the research methods of case analysis,Combined with the development of enterprises,the CCLCME evaluation model of talent recruitment is established,and the strategy of talent recruitment is designed from the two aspects of internal recruitment and external recruitment,and proposes the targeted recruitment Strategy Improvement Program.The results show that it is suggested to set up a long-term strategic plan for human resources,set up a special class to train first-rate skilled workers,and local sales staff to implement recruitment to improve staff stability.It is suggested to recruit technical personnel through regional differences to actively seek opportunities for cooperation with schools and enterprises,Increase the introduction of highly educated personnel;at the same time play their own advantages,increase the bargaining chip recruitment;earnestly prepare for the recruitment before the effective organization of structured interview to improve the effectiveness of recruitment and success rate,and thus to Enterprises gather a large number of outstanding personnel,improve personnel preparation,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Finally,the paper summarizes the optimized recruitment strategy and puts forward the prospect,at the same time points out the shortcomings of this article.Clarified that recruitment is a long-term process,an effective recruitment strategy will continue to improve and perfect in practice.HC Group Co.,Ltd.is a pioneer of forklift manufacture enterprise in China.The development of HC Group Co.,Ltd.is also the guide for the development of the forklift industry.By studying the problems existing in HC Group Co.,Ltd.recruitment,we raised corresponding measures and opinions are method to resolve the problems at the same time,it will benefit talent echelon construction and human resources management of HC a Group Co.,Ltd.It has an important reference value for the future recruitment strategy of the same industry enterprises.
