Research On Social Responsibility Of Chinese Financial Enterprises

In recent years,with the awakening of the domestic citizen consciousness,the social concern about the moral level of the enterprise has been improved,the media reports and academic research on corporate social responsibility have been increasing,and the importance of corporate social responsibility has been increasing day by day.The financial industry in the modern economy in the core position,affecting the various areas of the national economy.Especially in our country,on the one hand,the financial industry has been in a state of rapid development over the years,both the scale of assets or the number of practitioners have increased dramatically,has a huge social influence;the other hand,China's special national conditions determine the Chinese characteristics of the financial industry can not be traded abroad experience,for China's financial corporate social responsibility research has a unique importance and urgency.In this paper,the combination of normative research and empirical research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods,first of all refer to the previous research data,sort out and review the development of corporate social responsibility theory,the establishment of corporate social responsibility of the overall understanding;And then based on China's national conditions to further study the specific aspects of financial enterprises in corporate social responsibility and reality,recognize the level of social responsibility of financial enterprises in China is still in the initial stage,although in recent years,although progress,but there are still many problems;China's representative financial enterprises from 2011 to 2016 operating data as a sample,the use of SPSS software for regression analysis,study of financial corporate social responsibility and stakeholder links.The results show that the fulfillment of social responsibility by financial enterprises can effectively promote the performance of enterprises and enhance the market acceptance of enterprises,and higher performance level and market acceptance will in turn promote the better fulfillment of social responsibility by financial enterprises in China.The paper puts forward that we should strengthen the practice of social responsibility of financial enterprises from the aspects of financial enterprises themselves and the responsibilities of government departments.Financial enterprises should be social responsibility into their own strategic objectives and corporate culture in the district,and as a senior management assessment standards;the government should clear its own position,for our financial enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibility to provide a good external surroundings.
