| Currently,Chinese enterprises are on the way of global business with fast steps,the business mode is also transferring from single manufacturing,build overseas sales company,production workshop,to the global business.The supply chain is also changed from the single structure of the original network structure to external extension,until all over the world.The information works as the carrier,choose the best IT systems,automate the business processes,implement data interface,to achieve the upstream and downstream information sharing of the supply chain,can improve the efficiency of the entire supply chain operation,reduce costs.In this paper,it combines the literature research,theoretical analysis,and case analysis methods.First of all,the theoretical concepts of supply chain management and domestic and overseas research status are introduced,including the relationship with information sharing,and the general approaches for realize information sharing.It takes China appliance manufacturing multinational supply chain management enterprise KG group as a case,lists the complex characteristics of chain management in the development of international supply,discusses the overseas subsidiaries exist in the supply chain management problems and solutions.To achieve the information sharing for global companies,it needs to understand the requirements of enterprise supply chain mode and information construction,select of the most suitable based on their own characteristics of the enterprise products and tools,use big data,intelligent manufacturing tools,cloud platform technology,meanwhile consider the internal process,people and other factors.Based on the headquarters of each product division and branch information sharing problems in the analysis,using the analysis tools,information system reconfiguration,the establishment of information of internal and external integration,set up independent reporting platform,the domestic and overseas branch,headquarters,external logistics business integration system,improving the accuracy of system data timely,efficient and comprehensive.Through the study of multinational enterprises in improving information sharing,to find out the successful experience of large multinational companies in the supply chain management,to help the domestic manufacturing enterprises to enhance the ability to participate in the international competition.Help the company to the global company China forward,as China enterprise in the international competition to cultivate and improve their competitiveness to provide a reference. |
