In the management of modern enterprise,Human resource management plays the key role with more and more importance.Along with the fast development of Chinese economy,modern management theory is widely used.As the major constituent part of enterprise management,human resource management becomes the precondition that directly impacts the strategy development of enterprise.Only the scientific study and logical identify on human resource can motivate the potential development of talents,and then push the enterprise forward with core competence.In human resource management,performance evaluation plays a very important role.It can assess the performance of management team scientifically,help enterprise to select talent and identify bad performer.With the addition of rewards and punishments,it can motivate talent and pressure bad performer effectively.Under the good cycle,it can help enterprise to select the best management team and keep everlasting power.T Company is a manufacturing enterprise by foreign investment.Product design is in America but manufacturing is in China.The current employees are all Chinese,but the management thinking and evaluation system both match US head quarter.Due to the difference of culture and personality between western and eastern,although the management idea is advanced and evaluation system is impeccable,its implementing result is not good,especially in middle-level managers' group.In the survey of satisfaction for performance evaluation,there are many disputes in assessor,content,process and result use.They are primary reasons that result in the poor running of performance evaluation system run.Going along with the development of China market,foreign investment enterprises play more and more important role.There are many improvement opportunities in their human resource management: optimizing performance evaluation system,efficiently managing human resource.It targets to keep current talents and attract external talents.The article analysis the problems exist in current performance evaluation and optimizing project.First of all,base on research on the worldwide theory for performance evaluation,it states the purpose and theoretical foundation of research.Secondly,it analysis current status of T company,from assessor,content,process and result use sides,looking for actual problems.And then,it uses theory and analysis to optimize current performance evaluation system.Finally,it builds detailed rules to guide the implement of optimized system.Middle-level managers' performance evaluation optimization of T Company has active influence in human resource management,and it will play a big role in improving middle-level managers' satisfaction and pushing the development of enterprise.
