China's economy is in an important transition period from high-speed development to high-quality development.Enterprises are faced with rapid and profound changes in challenges and opportunities, and enterprises are in urgent need of cultivating new development drivers through innovation.Innovation is the process of knowledge exploration, acquisition, absorption and development. The important source or acquisition channel of knowledge is learning.Knowledge workers are the main body of organizational innovation, which consists of individual innovation behaviors of employees. Therefore, their learning methods and learning effect are particularly important. However, the knowledge acquired by learning itself cannot be directly transformed into the result of innovation, which depends on the processing, absorption and development of dynamic capability. However, learning style, dynamic capability and innovative behavior are not a single plane element, and each is composed of different dimensions. What kind of innovative behaviors will be generated by different learning styles and dynamic capabilities? How to combine learning style and dynamic capability to maximize the effect of innovative behavior? Current research is not clear. In addition,as a transformational ability to cope with changes in the external environment,it is worth further studying what uncertainties may affect dynamic capability in the process of acting on innovative behaviors, and whether these influences can stimulate the generation of innovative behaviors. In view of the above problems, this paper, based on the resource and ability theory and the dual innovation theory, has sorted out the relevant literature on employee innovation behavior, dynamic capability and ambidextrous learning, constructed the theoretical model according to the research path of "learning-ability-innovation",and made an empirical analysis.Maturity scale at home and abroad for reference, the questionnaire design, collecting relevant data, through the descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, statistical analysis methods, such as inspection and analysis the ambidextrous study, the dynamic capability of innovation behavior mechanism, the intermediary role of dynamic capabilities and regulating role of environmental uncertainty, the empirical results are explained after the corresponding management implications and suggestions are put forward. At last,it points out the deficiency of this paper and the future research direction. The results show that there is a positive correlation between ambidextrous learning and innovation behavior, and the positive effect of exploratory learning is the most prominent.Dynamic capability is conducive to the generation of innovative behavior, the function of perception and recognition capability is weak and single, absorption and integration capability and reconstruction capability play a prominent role in creating.Dynamic capability plays an intermediary role in supplementing and promoting the relationship between ambidextrous learning and innovative behavior.Environmental uncertainty does not play a role in the impact of dynamic capability on innovation behavior, but market uncertainty in its segmentation dimension negatively regulates dynamic capability-progressive innovation, while technological uncertainty positively regulates dynamic capability-breakthrough innovation. The above studies have broadened the research on the relationship between ambidextrous learning and innovation behavior, enriched the theory of dynamic capability, provided management guidance for knowledge workers to choose learning mode, utilized dynamic capability to match appropriate innovation behavior, and provided references for organizations to motivate knowledge workers and improve innovation performance.
