Under the background of rapid development of science and technology,new product development projects have become one of the important factors for companies to maintain their own competitive advantages.In the past research on the relationship between new product development projects and enterprise strategies,research results that the execution of new product development projects is merely an implementation of enterprise strategy have lagged far behind practice.New product development projects have become more and more important for enterprise strategy.The influence of the fuzzy front end of new product development projects on the strategy change of companies has also become increasingly significant.On the basis of project management theory,strategic management theory,resourcebased theory and organizational learning theory,this paper intends to study the relationship among fuzzy front end of new product development projects,dynamic capabilities,and enterprise strategy change.This essay uses the questionnaire method.Based on the summary of the predecessors' mature measurement scales,we revise and redesign the survey questionnaires for the research.The questionnaires are mainly distributed via both online and offline channels.we send questionnaires through channels like questionnaires distribution website and e-mail on the internet.And we also invite MBA students,EMBA students,and ME students majoring in project management from school of management of Jilin university to fill in our questionnaire.After 2 weeks,a total of 223 questionnaires are collected.After eliminating the invalid questionnaires,168 valid questionnaires are finally obtained,and statistical analysis and hypothesis testing are performed using Smart-PLS 2.0 statistical software based on partial least squares.The measurement model test results show that the survey questionnaire has good reliability and validity;the structural model test results show that the fuzzy front-end technology fuzziness,market fuzziness,resource fuzziness and organization fuzziness of new product development projects have a significant positive impact on corporate strategy change,dynamic capabilities have a significant positive impact on corporate strategychange,and dynamic capabilities have a significant positive moderating impact on the relationship between market fuzziness and corporate strategy change,and between technology fuzziness and corporate strategy change.In addition,because this study uses questionnaires to collect data for empirical research,this paper also uses SPSS 22 software to perform the common method variance test on the data.After verifying all the variables in the paper by Harman's single factor test,it shows that there is no obvious common method variance problem in this study.This study proves that the four dimensions of the fuzziness of the fuzzy front end of new product development projects do have a significant impact on corporate strategy change,and dynamic capabilities does have a moderating effect on the relation between market fuzziness and corporate strategic change,and between technology fuzziness and corporate strategy change.The research results of this paper provide both theoretical and practical implications for enterprise project management and strategic management.From the perspective of theory,the content of this research is innovative,and there's few scholars doing research on similar content yet.This essay plays an important role in supplementing the research on the relationship between new product development projects and corporate strategies.From the perspective of practice,for companies,they should pay more attention to new product development projects,for new product development projects can not only bring continuous vitality to enterprises in maintaining their competitiveness,they also have a positive impact on corporate strategy change as well.However,there are still some limitations in this paper.The number of valid questionnaires collected in the empirical analysis of this paper is relatively small,which may cause the data analysis results to have certain errors.Future research can further explore and analyze the mechanism of the relationship among fuzzy front-end of new product development projects,corporate strategy change and dynamic capabilities.
