Research On Key Problem Of Planning In R&D Project Based On Dynamic Alliance

Dynamic Alliance (DA) is an organization for R&D on Complex Product. It's significant that research on Planning in R&D Project based on DA. Firstly the characteristic of R&D project based on DA was found compared to general R&D project and large engineering project, and the three dimensions structure of R&D project based on DA was model. Then the key problems of the project were pointed out: how to break down the project in layer of mission, what're relations among missions in the project, and how to resolve the uncertainty of the time of completing project.It could define Workflow combined with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for hiberarchy of the project, and the method improved on WBS was originated to mission layer. The group network scheme was inducted to research on the relations among the missions and the activity, and the Fuzzy Relation Matrix was applyed to solve the problem on complex relation. Critical Chain Method was inducted for the delay caused by uncertain time of completing missions. The method of confirming the logic and restriction among the missions was originated. Application of Critical Chain in the project was researched by case alysis. Finally framework of planning on R&D Project based on DA was summarize.
