Research On Implementation Strategy Of It Enterprise Knowledge Management Project

As a typical knowledge-intensive enterprise,software enterprises can update their knowledge speed very quickly.After the industrial revolution the development of world economic integration trend has not changed,as a kind of enterprise knowledge management(especially in the case of new management style,software enterprises)gradually occupies a very important role in the enterprise,most enterprises to seek greater competitiveness and access to the transformation of rapid development,have carried out the study of knowledge management.How to make ZT company in the fierce competition in the industry more competitive enterprises,implement tacit knowledge be innovated,for enterprises to create greater economic benefits of the ZT company knowledge management problems to be solved.Paper according to the project management knowledge and knowledge management knowledge,first of all,this paper expatiates on the knowledge management at home and abroad,for subsequent analysis of ZT company knowledge management project has laid a theoretical basis.Then,the knowledge management status of ZT company is analyzed,and the innovation demand and project objectives and planning ideas are put forward.The follow-up will focus on the implementation process and process control of ZT knowledge management project.The main contents of the study include setting up detailed user interview plans and relevant resolutions to collect the user requirements;Manage the project time by using gantt chart and developing project schedule.Control the project cost by earning value method;The project quality is managed by building the maven central warehouse,SVN and test case making,and the benefit of the project after implementation is analyzed.Results show that the project construction period shortened for a month,because knowledge management is difficult to quantify directly because of its direct economic benefits,but after the project implementation,greatly improve the staffs working efficiency,improve the work processes;Established to identify effective work platform,precipitation,spreading knowledge,set up effective management and value-added knowledge base system,and establish the knowledge management as the core of the teamwork,real knowledge management can be incorporated into management practice.
