Research On Performance Improvement Path Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Network Relationship

Under the background of rapid development of science and technology and serious environmental pollution,manufacturing enterprises in developed countries have been transforming,implementing the new development concept and implementing the sustainable development route of manufacturing enterprises.Promoting the sustainable development of innovation,economic and environmental performance has become the key for our traditional manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitive edge,and is the only way for China to transform from an industrial power to an industrial power.However,the resources needed by manufacturing enterprises to enhance their comprehensive performance and obtain competitive advantage are mostly scattered in the external environment of enterprises.The network relationship formed between enterprises has become an effective way for manufacturing enterprises to obtain the required resources and enhance their comprehensive performance.Therefore,research and design of performance improvement path based on network relationship for manufacturing enterprises has important theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of manufacturing enterprises' innovation,economic and environmental comprehensive performance.The research context of systematic network and enterprise performance theory,defines the connotation and dimension of relationship and firm performance,and starting from mutual connection of two network dimensions,systematic analysis of network relationship on enterprise innovation,economic and environmental performance of manufacturing the influence mechanism,revealing the network relationship of process affect the manufacturing enterprise performance the construction of network relationship theory of manufacturing enterprise performance model.The design of the questionnaire for statistical analysis,to validate the correctness of the model hypothesis,hypothesis testing results show that the mutual connection of two dimensions of network manufacturing enterprise innovation,economic and environmental performance will play a positive role in promoting,the design of manufacturing enterprises based on network performance improvement path.Based on the idea of sustainable development,we use the AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Markov chain model to design the performance improvement path of manufacturing enterprises based on network relationship.According to the " Choosing and determining a reciprocal partner--Increasing the bonding strength--Expanding joint breadth--Promoting dynamic stability of the lifting connection" ideas,Based on the reciprocal and connectionist dimensions of network relationship,we systematically design the upgrading path of manufacturing enterprises' innovation,economic and environmental performance,and provide path guidance for manufacturing enterprises to improve their comprehensive performance through the inter enterprise network relationship.Starting from the overall and two mutual connection network dimension,system to build manufacturing enterprise network relationship performance improvement path implementation strategy for the implementation of manufacturing system based on the enterprise network relationship between innovation,economic and environmental performance improvement path based on security strategy.Take BS enterprise as the research object,analysis of network relationship and performance status of BS enterprises,combining the BS enterprise innovation,economic and ecological development goals,and starting from mutual connection of two network dimension,the relationship between the BS network are put forward for enterprise innovation,the comprehensive performance of economy and environment and the implementation of security strategy based on the path of ascension.To verify the improvement of the theoretical research path and strategy system operation.The theoretical and empirical research on performance improvement path of manufacturing enterprises based on network relationship can provide scientific path and strategy guidance for Chinese manufacturing enterprise managers to make use of inter enterprise network relationship and enhance manufacturing enterprise's innovation,economic and environmental comprehensive performance.
