Manufacturing is the foundation of the country,during the three decades before,the rapid development of our country's economy is also benefited from the effect of manufacturing industry which has played the role of mainstay.But in recent years,China's manufacturing industry especially traditional manufacturing development bottlenecks,in the face of low value-added products,brand advantage is not obvious and loss of demographic dividend,etc.How China from "manufacturing large" to "manufacturing power" has become the top issue facing the strategy of economic development in our country.In the international situation of information technology unceasing enhancement,the deepening of economic globalization,the competition and cooperation between the manufacturing enterprise change rapidly.How to hold the key period of transform and upgrade in the manufacturing industry in our country under the background of American industrial Internet,German industry 4 is a severe challenge to every manufacturing enterprises and even the entire national economy.Advanced business model is the key to improve enterprise competitive advantage,creating excellent business model as a new issue of strategy management in recent years has become one of the focuses of attention in Business circles and academia.Except for technological innovation and product innovation,business model innovation has already become an effective way for enterprise to enhance the performance.How to choose a business development model to adapt itself is the key to an enterprise's success or failure.In the theoretical circle,scholars do a lot of academic research of business model from the constituent elements to innovation path,innovation opportunity and the relationship between the business model and enterprise innovation performance,have accumulated rich theoretical research results,but the applicability and practicability of the theory of business model is limited because of the different research perspectives and the definition of business model has not reached a consensus in academia.Based on the existing study,this paper Related literature on existing business models,take value creation as the starting point,Do research of the business model of all manufacturing enterprises of Venture market in China from the perspective of value network.firstly,make modularization of the business model,select the elements of each module,building business model theory,on the basis of this,select thecorresponding representative quantitative classification index,make clustering analysis of the enterprise in the manufacturing sector,obtain classification results with good quantification and manipulation.Specific gem manufacturing enterprises can be divided into centralized non brand processing,centralized non brand research,distributed non brand processing,decentralized non brand research,centralized brand processing and decentralized brand research,In combination with the actual performance of the gem manufacturing enterprises,the factor analysis method is adopted to evaluate the business performance of the sample enterprises.The final results show that the performance of the centralized non brand is the best.This article through the actual performance of the listed companies to reflect the practical role of the business model,enrich the theoretical research on the relationship between business model and enterprise performance,make certain theoretical and practical significance for Chinese manufacturing industry in the choice of business model.
