A Study On Women's Small Interest Loans From Targeted Poverty Alleviation-A Case Study For Yanping District Of Nanping City

With the industrialization and urbanization in China,the rest of the population in rural areas is mainly the elderly,women and children.Rural women become the main force of rural stay and construction,shoulder the responsibility of taking care of the family and the development of production,and are the most urgent need to stimulate the potential of the rural population resources.It's of far-reaching significance that helping rural poor women out of poverty can improve the economic situation of a family,and thus can drive the development and upgrading of a region.Small discount loans are a kind of innovation of Pratt&Whitney financial stage,it takes the rural women as the loan subjects who are in the most need of funds but often ignored by traditional financial institutions.Small discount loans were promoted over the country from 90's;it played an important role in supporting nearly 10 million women's employment and helping women out of poverty.Precise poverty alleviation is the latest strategy of poverty alleviation,In a new historical period of China's poverty alleviation,women's small discount loans should be combined with "precision poverty alleviation"mechanism,the use of more accurate identification,help,management and assessment methods will promote the innovation work in women's small discount loans.The research object of this paper is the policy of small discount loan for rural women.Taking Yanping District as an example,this paper summarizes the experience of visiting small-scale discount loans for rural women in Yanping District,analyzes the existing problems and difficulties,and conducts innovation activies with "precision poverty alleviation" mechanism,and this paper will put forward solutions and suggestions for a better contribution to the rural women's poverty alleviation.
