Research On The Identification Of Poor Objects In China's Rural Precision Poverty Alleviation

Poverty alleviation is the common pursuit of the people,and poverty alleviation is the guarantee of the countryundefineds long-term development.From 1978 to 2018,more than 600 million people were lifted out of poverty in China,which was called the "Chinese miracle" in the world and made a great contribution to poverty reduction in the world.With the development of economy,in 2011,the standard of poverty determination was determined to be 2300 yuan per person per year.This standard puts forward higher requirements for the way of poverty alleviation among the poor population.Through the continuous adjustment of poverty alleviation methods,precision poverty alleviation has become the main poverty alleviation method in China in 2014.The 2017 nineteenth national report clearly stated that between now and 2020,China will enter the decision period of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.The current task of our country is to make the poverty problem of the rural population not to occur and to realize the fine expectation of the common prosperity of the people of the whole country.At present,Chinaundefineds poverty alleviation work needs a long-term poverty alleviation mechanism to ensure the progress of the economic reform in a stable way.Precision poverty alleviation is an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is urgent to answer the question of who is poor.Precision identification is the first step of precision poverty alleviation,which is to identify the poor population with scientific methods,and to bring the real poor people into the poverty alleviation scope.At present,there are still some problems in the identification of poor objects in China,such as imperfect methods and means,relatively single structure design,insufficient construction of mechanism and so on.From the point of view of identifying the poor objects in the precision poverty alleviation in rural areas of China,This article uses literature analysis and historical analysis to review the development process of the identification of the poor objects in the rural areas of ourcountry.The whole rural areas and the poor counties are successively used in this paper.It is found that the cognitive deviation of the identification subject,the relative backwardness of the identification technology and the lack of the system of identification guarantee are the main factors restricting the identification of the poor objects.Therefore,this paper attempts to combine the active participatory poverty alleviation theory of poverty subjects with the poverty line theory of the poverty line as a theoretical guidance,and put forward feasible countermeasures,culture,and legal systems from the perspective of science and technology.To provide reasonable suggestions for improving the level of modern precision poverty alleviation work.
