Internet+ Training Mode And Startegy Study

With rapid development of economy,intelligence become more and more important in the enterprise development.Thus more enterprise pay special attention on intelligence cultivation,especially enterprise characterized with high technology and innovation,take intelligence as their development strategy.High and new technology enterprise sustain their advanced competition by the way of qualified their staff with comprehensive and newly updated technology through continuous training.Rapid development of internet technology leads to new training style.Internet+ training has gained a lot of high and new technology enterprise's attentions with its unique advantage.The high and new technology enterprise employees' sensitive attitude toward new technology and new study style is the fundamental factor for internet+ training development.Taking Hangzhou high and new technology enterprise as study sample,this article,divided with six chapters,studies Internet+ training mode through questionnaire survey,interview survey and case survey combined with relative theory and internet study characters.First chapter as introduction,describes the study background and content,method and creative point.Second chapter describes fundamental theory and study overview.Firstly define the fundamental theory,then represent relative theory,thirdly give the document sketch,last but not least come to study comments.Third chapter is current internet+ training status investigation for Hangzhou high and new technology enterprise.First of all,state the design process for investigation and then conclude internet+ training general mode through analyzing enterprise staff recognition and enterprise demand,plan and implement and evaluation to internet+ training.Last but not least,we present typical case for general mode.Fourth chapter is analyzing internet+ training general mode.Firstly,analyzing its advantageous motivation towards employee and enterprise.Then analyzing the problems and causes exist in the general mode.Fifth chapter put forward the optimizing strategy for internet+ training mode.Firstly,describe the fundamental principle of optimizing strategy.Then come up with optimizing strategy on strengthening personal requirement analysis and enriching training implementation,improving training evaluation assess and adding stimulating actions and compacting training security.Last but not least,optimize the mode of the theory framework.Sixth chapter is summarizing this study and discuss the shortage and point out future study direction.
