Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Napo County

Poverty is a phenomenon that has always been accompanied during the course of social development.It is also one of the important factors constraining social development.So far,China's poverty issue has been accompanied by the development of the Chinese nation during the entire period.In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed The concept of "precise poverty alleviation".Accurate poverty alleviation will play a huge role in promoting the development of poverty alleviation in China in the coming years.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”is an important period for China's poverty alleviation work.Since the full implementation of poverty alleviation efforts,China's poverty alleviation work has achieved great results,but there is a certain gap between the poverty situation at this stage and the current situation.In order to better help the poverty-stricken areas get rid of poverty,further strengthening the poverty alleviation mechanism for innovation and improving poverty alleviation policies has become an important part of China's poverty alleviation undertaking.Precise poverty alleviation was born under the background of China's poverty alleviation work.During the three years of implementation,it has played a huge role in promoting poverty alleviation in China.However,due to its short development time and low experience,the accurate poverty alleviation has encountered some problems in the implementation process.Taking Napo County as a case,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in Napo County's precision poverty alleviation practices by using literature analysis,current status investigation,analytic hierarchy process,and case analysis methods to dissect the current practice of precision poverty alleviation in Napo County.The difficulties encountered in the actual implementation process and its main causes,and a solution to the problem of optimizing poverty alleviation routes are proposed for practical problems.The study has a certain significance for better follow-up work on precision poverty alleviation,promote rapid development in rural areas and narrow the gap between rich and poor in urban and rural areas.
