With the development of China's financial reform,commercial banking system continues to be improved,the pace of product updates faster,the higher requirements for the skill level of practitioners are put forward,mastering the new knowledge,the rapid promotion of new business,accurately grasping the new process,has become a decisive factor in the business of commercial banks.For current banking industry,the pressing matter of the moment is to cultivate the talents who can keep pace with the times,owing the competency.Training and development based on competency model,in some companies formed a strategic design,the competency model of personnel recruitment,training and performance management application development tools and methods based on the series,produced a good social and economic benefits.At present,the research on the competency evaluation of the bank's internal management posts is realistic and urgent.The research on the competency of the bank's internal management post is helpful for the bank to set up a set of human resource management system to adapt to the new market competition environment.The training management system design technology is strong,must design the standard process,to ensure the realization of the training objectives.Through the process to build a practical training management system,enhance the effectiveness of training is the urgent need to solve the practical problems of many banks.In this paper,X rural credit cooperatives as an example,a more detailed introduction of the effective training management system design.Combined with the specific characteristics of the banking sector,development stage,development strategy and objectives,the credit management team quality evaluation model,it needs to improve the quality of employees,and design relevant training programs for these qualities,in order to solve the rural credit cooperatives personnel training problems.This paper tries to describe the competency structure of the internal managers of commercial banks,and establishes a competency evaluation system to provide reference and basis for the effective management and control of commercial banks.
