Recently,software industry developed fiercely.Software project development and HRM are more and more important for pushing software enterprise growing bigger,and getting more attention.Employee development and human resource management become the important remark of the key competitive of the software enterprise.Wherever,the history of software company is very short,just some decades.Compared with other industries,it's quite different in the nature and feature of work,which is called typical knowledge-intensive industry.How to implement effective performance appraisal is the concern of the whole industry.BS company is the research object of this article,which is the listed company in medical software industry.Good market opportunity and continuing increasing profit provides great foundation to the company,while the deliver rate and quality can't be as good as expected.Therefore,the company now faces the development bottleneck.Keep the talent remain,with the effective performance appraisal system as guidance to evaluate the project group and raise the work efficiency and quality,those are the most important problem NOW for BS to solve firstly.Considering above situation,based on the performance appraisal management related theories,the article researched and re-arranged relative theory of software company,and by using paper investigation and interview get the conclusion and analyze the performance appraisal of BS company.Last but most important,designed KPI and job analyses method for project management group and four types of employees,including appraisal index,index weight,appraisal standard.At the end of the article I discussed the protect measurement of performance appraisal implement.This article is to enrich and improve the performance appraisal research of the software company project implement group,and afford valuable reference for medical software enterprise both in theory and practice.
